Challenge

Despite having a strong reputation for holistic healing and chiropractic care, Ozark Holistic Center faced several hurdles in maximizing its digital marketing efforts. Competing against both traditional medical providers and other holistic practices made it difficult to capture search engine traffic, limiting the clinic’s online visibility. While website visitors showed interest, engagement metrics suggested that many users were not taking the next step to inquire or book an appointment. Additionally, without a fully optimized strategy, ad spend was not yielding the best possible return, and lead quality was inconsistent. 

Another missed opportunity was the absence of Google Local Service Ads (LSAs), which meant the clinic was leaving valuable leads—and potential revenue—on the table. Implementing LSAs would allow Ozark Holistic Center to appear at the very top of search results, build trust with potential patients through Google’s verification process, and generate high-intent leads at a more efficient cost. To address this, Core and More Technologies incorporated LSAs into the clinic’s digital marketing strategy while also refining search visibility, increasing engagement, and driving more qualified leads at a lower cost.

Solution

To address these challenges, Core and More Technologies implemented a data-driven digital marketing strategy focused on increasing visibility, improving engagement, and maximizing lead quality. A key component of this initiative was a website revamp, ensuring a more user-friendly and conversion-optimized experience. This included refining site structure, improving content, creating additional services pages, and optimizing technical SEO elements to encourage visitors to take action.

In parallel, we restructured Ozark Holistic Center’s Google Ads campaigns to improve cost efficiency, lowering cost-per-click (CPC) by 13.04% and cost-per-acquisition (CPA) by 14.14%. Strategic keyword targeting and bid optimizations resulted in a dramatic 381.69% increase in click-through rates and an 88% boost in conversions. To further maximize lead generation, we introduced Google Local Service Ads (LSAs), which delivered a 5x return on ad spend (ROAS) and a higher quotable conversion rate of 49%.

This provided valuable insights into campaign performance, with both Google Ads and CPC campaigns. On-site engagement also saw substantial growth, with a 314.79% increase in event count, signaling a rise in meaningful user interactions.
